White Marshmallow Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
6 large marshmallows, chopped
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. lemon juice
coconut or pecans (if desired)
Preparation

Boil sugar and water to 238\u00b0; add marshmallows.
(Do not stir while cooking.)
Pour hot syrup over egg whites.
Add remaining ingredients except coconut or pecans.
Beat until peaks form. Sprinkle with the coconut or pecans, if desired.
