Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 to 1 c. nuts
    4 c. diced apples
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Pour into Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
