Semolina Gnocchi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. milk
    salt and pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    4 oz. farina or Cream of Wheat (4 Tbsp.)
    2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese plus 2 Tbsp.
    2 oz. butter (2 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Heat milk; add seasoning to taste.
    Slowly add farina, Cream of Wheat or semolina, stirring constantly.
    Bring to boil and cook until thick.
    Then add cheese, butter and beaten eggs.
    Then return to heat (slow) for one minute.
