Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 tsp. chopped chives
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs in bowl.
Add milk, cheese, bacon, chives, salt and pepper.
Pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Yields 6 servings.
