Watercress And Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. pork, sliced thin and flat
    1 slice ginger, crushed
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. water or stock
    1 bunch watercress, cut in 1 1/2-inch lengths
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
Preparation
    Heat pan.
    Slightly brown ginger and garlic.
    Add pork and fry. Add seasoning and water.
    When it comes to a boil, add watercress and cook for 3 minutes or until done.
