Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    2 c. flour
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    6 medium apples, sliced
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, salt and baking powder.
    Fold in butter.
    Add egg yolks, beaten.
    Press 1/2 batter into pan. Peel and slice medium apples.
    Arrange on top of crust.
    Sprinkle 1/4 cup flour, 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon over apples.
    Crumble remaining batter over apples.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes on small cookie sheet.
