Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Stove Top stuffing
    4 (1 1/2-inch thick) lean pork loin chops, cut with pockets
    1 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Prepare stuffing mix according to directions on box.
    Spoon stuffing loosely into pockets of chops.
    Place chops in a single layer in a large baking pan (chops should not be touching, use two pans if needed).
