Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
-
Sift dry ingredients.
Mix eggs, pumpkin, oil and water.
Add dry ingredients and nuts.
Bake in 3 well-greased and floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Cool in pans.
