Angie'S Eggrolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. bean sprouts
    1 small can water chestnuts (chopped)
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. eggroll wrappers
Preparation
    Brown meat, drain.
    Add vegetables and stir-fry.
    Scramble eggs and pour into mixture.
    Mix all together, continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
    Spoon mixture into wrappers.
    Roll, wet fingers to seal filled wrappers.
    Deep fry.
    Use with Dynasty Plum Sauce.
