Chinese Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 leaves Chinese cabbage, chopped
    1 large red apple, chopped
    1 medium carrot, grated
    4 to 5 small green onions, chopped
    3/4 c. Hidden Valley Ranch coleslaw dressing
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, apple, carrot and onions and mix well.
    Cover with dressing, mix well and serve.
    Serves about 6.
    You can also add a small zucchini (chop fine).
