Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cornstarch in 12 oz. frozen unsweetened apple juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
5 c. chopped apples
Preparation

Bring cornstarch in apple juice to a boil and cook until it thickens.
Add cinnamon and butter or margarine.
Mix into chopped apples.
Bake in 2 crust pie.
This is good with any kind of frozen berries or fruit.
Also good using the thickened apple juice in a 1 crust pie, leaving the berries uncooked.
