Knorr Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. Hellmann's or Best Foods real mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 large (16 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    2 c. cooked shrimp, cut up
    1/2 c. onions, cut up (or onion flakes)
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all above ingredients, making sure cream cheese is soft enough to blend.
    Serve with dipping chips.
