Stuffed Grape Leaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat (meat loaf mix is great)
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1 medium clove garlic
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. mint, crushed/powdered
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 jar canned grape leaves
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Add cooked rice, meat, grated onion, garlic, salt, pepper and crushed mint in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
    Remove stem from grape leaf; lay flat on plate.
    Place a roll of mixture on bottom of leaf and roll.
    Turn ends of leaf in and finish rolling.
    Finished roll should be 3 x 3/4-inch roughly.
    Place side by side in baking dish.
    Add lemon and water.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes about 20 rolls.
    (For larger amount, rolls may be layered, but keep covered with water and lemon juice.
    Great for parties.
