Tomato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. bread cubes, toasted
    1 (No. 2) can tomato puree
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    juice and grated rind of 1/2 orange
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Put melted butter over bread cubes.
    Mix sugar, orange, lemon and puree together.
    Pour over cubes; combine.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
