Zucchini Raisin Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 1/3 c. grated zucchini (about 1 lb.)
    1/2 c. raisins
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, brown sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat in the dry ingredients and mix well.
    Stir in the zucchini and raisins.
    Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven about 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
    When cool, dust with confectioners sugar.
    Serves 8.
