Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 c. warm milk (110~)
    5 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Stir in milk; set aside.
    In large bowl, stir all other ingredients, except melted butter or margarine.
    Stir in liquid mixture.
