Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head lettuce
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen peas
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. bacon bits
Preparation

Break lettuce into bite-size pieces.
Place in bottom of 13 x 9-inch glass dish.
Layer celery, onions and peas over lettuce. Mix sugar and mayonnaise.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
