Pasta And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pasta shells, cooked according to pkg. directions
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    6 oz. Italian sausage, cut into small pieces
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 oz. white wine
    1 c. frozen peas
    4 oz. chicken broth
    6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 plum tomatoes, diced
    basil
Preparation
    Saute sausage in oil for 5 minutes.
    Add onion and cook until golden.
    Add wine and cook until evaporated.
    Add broth and peas; cook for 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and a dash or two of basil. Remove from heat.
    Stir in pasta and sprinkle with cheese to serve.
