Tuna Stuffed Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh large mushrooms
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1 can tuna
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. minced celery
    mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms.
    Carefully remove stems from caps.
    Chop stems. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in frying pan.
    Saute chopped stems. Cool.
    Drain tuna.
    Separate into small pieces in bowl with fork. Mix in onion, celery and cooked stems.
    Add mayonnaise or salad dressing until mixture holds together, but is not loose.
    Chill.
