Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh crab meat (remove all shells)
1 egg
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. fresh parsley, finely chopped
dash of red pepper
6 hard-cooked eggs, mashed with fork
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/8 c. milk
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients, then add mashed, hard-cooked eggs.
Heat milk and cornstarch.
Add to crab mixture and form into balls.
Roll in cracker crumbs; dip into egg-milk mixture, then into cracker crumbs again.
Fry in deep fat.
