5 Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck cubes
    2 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. carrots
    1 c. celery
    1 medium onion
    1 c. V-8 juice
    2 Tbsp. tapioca, mix and soak 3 minutes
    1 Tbsp. bourbon
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a casserole with a tight lid.
    Cook in a 250\u00b0 oven for 5 hours.
    Do not stir.
