Grilled Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 1/2 tsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 pkg. pork tenderloin (usually 2 pieces, approximately 1 lb.)
    commercial sweet and sour sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients in a large shallow container; stir well.
    Add tenderloin, turning to coat.
    Cover and marinate (in refrigerator) 8 hours.
    Remove tenderloin from marinade.
    Grill 6 inches from hot coals for 20 to 35 minutes or until done, turning often.
