Ingredients

1 pkg (3 1/4 oz.) vanilla pudding and pie filling
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 cups finely chopped fresh or canned peaches
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Preparation

Prepare pudding according to package directions, using only 1 1/2 cups milk.
Lightly
cover surface with plastic wrap, cool. Beat in
sour cream until smooth, stir in peaches and vanilla. Chill until ready to serve.
This dessert will keep in the refrigerator a few days.
