Crispy Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    4 skinless chicken breast halves
    1 egg white
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Combine flour, egg white and milk to make batter.
    Dip chicken into batter; then coat with corn flake crumbs (seasoned to taste). Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in uncovered baking dish, coated with vegetable oil spray.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Low in fat!
