Hasty Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. leftover meat, diced
    1/4 lb. bacon
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
    salt and pepper
    3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
    4 to 6 eggs, soft poached, fried or boiled
    chili sauce
Preparation
    In a microwavable skillet, saute bacon; drain and crumble. Pour off drippings.
    Add onion to skillet; brown in skillet.
    Add potatoes, bacon and meat.
    Microwave on High until warmed through. Add seasonings; stir and let stand.
    Invert onto serving platter. Top with prepared eggs.
    Serve with chili sauce and toasted muffins.
    Serves 4.
