Cheese Stuffed Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large French bread loaf
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 medium red onion, sliced
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cut bread lengthwise.
Mix butter, thyme and Tabasco; spread on both sides of bread.
Layer onions then top with cheese.
Put top back on bread, wrap in foil and bake 20 to 25 minutes until crusty.
