Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs, beaten with 1/4 c. milk
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

In saucepan, boil potatoes in jackets until tender. Drain, peel and mash.
Measure out 4 cups sweet potatoes in large mixing bowl and blend in sugar, butter and spices.
Stir in egg mixture until thoroughly blended.
Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake on lowest rack in a 325\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until light brown.
