Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh broccoli or frozen (if preferred), cut up
    1 roll Ritz crackers
    3/4 stick softened butter
    Velveeta cheese (about 9 slices) or favorite cheese
Preparation
    Crush crackers with rolling pin.
    Mix crackers and soft butter with a fork.
    Cook broccoli halfway.
    Drain.
    Sprinkle cracker mixture on bottom of a square 9 x 9 x 2-inch dish or an 8 x 8-inch dish.
    Save reserve for top.
    Add and layer broccoli in pan or dish.
    Top broccoli with favorite cheese.
    Sprinkle rest of cracker mixture over top.
    Cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and cracker mixture is a light brown.
