Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream
    Crisco,
    sugar
    and
    eggs.
    Add
    vanilla.
    Sift together
    the flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar and add to the wet mixture, mixing thoroughly.
    Chill dough.
    Shape into balls. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
