Meatballs And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. water
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
1 lb. ground beef
Preparation

Mix soup mix and water.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Put 2 tablespoons tomato sauce into cup.
Add seasoning and mix well.
Add mixture to ground beef and blend well.
Add remaining sauce to onion soup mixture.
Shape into small balls and place in casserole dish.
Pour soup mixture over meatballs.
Cook one hour at 350\u00b0.
Serve over plain or spiced rice.
Makes 20 meatballs.
