Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 lb. pork sausage
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 cloves garlic
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    24 oz. small curd cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    9 lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Cook and drain noodles. Cook beef and sausage. Drain. Add next 7 ingredients.
    Simmer uncovered for 1 hour.
