Rolos-Filled Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz. bag Rolos
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. softened butter or margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine the flour, cocoa and baking soda; set aside.
    Cream the sugars and margarine.
    Add vanilla and eggs.
    Mix flour into creamed mixture.
    Chill dough.
    With floured hands, shape 1 tablespoon of dough around a Rolos.
    Cover completely.
    Roll in sugar.
    Bake on ungreased sheet 7 to 10 minutes.
    Cool 2 minutes on pan, then cool on rack.
    Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
