Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash, fiddleheads, spinach or broccoli, cooked and drained
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. grated onion
    3/4 c. grated cheese (Swiss, Cheddar)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish, sprayed with cooking oil.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until center is set.
