Potatoes And Chives, Oven-Browned - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large Idaho potatoes
    1 stick melted margarine
    1/2 c. fresh chives or 1/4 c. dried
    1 large onion, sliced and sectioned
    1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    black pepper to taste (1/2 tsp.?)
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. bacon bits
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Cut each potato into 4 wedges, then cut wedges in half.
    Rinse with cold water.
    Place potatoes in a large pot with water just over the top of potatoes. Bring to a boil.
    Turn heat down to medium-high and cook for 20 minutes or until potatoes can be easily cut with a fork.
    Drain.
