Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. ice water
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and shortening together until crumbly.
    Beat egg; add vinegar and ice water and mix together.
    Add to flour mixture; mix well and form into ball.
    Roll between sheets of wax paper.
    Makes 3 pie crusts or put in plastic bag and refrigerate. Will keep 1 week.
