Shipwreck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    4-5 potatoes, shredded
    1-2 onions, chopped
    16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
    1/4 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed
    10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    butter
Preparation
    Layer in slow cooker, ground beef, potatoes, onion, beans and cheese. Pour soup over top. Season with salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
