Graham Cracker Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1 pkg. gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. whipping cream or Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites
3 Tbsp. sugar
12 graham crackers
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Crush graham crackers and add sugar and melted butter.
Press graham cracker mixture into bottom of bowl. Set aside.
In a large bowl, soak gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Beat egg yolks.
Add sugar and milk. Cook until slightly thickened.
Pour hot mixture over softened gelatin and stir until smooth.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Beat egg whites until stiff and add to chilled mixture, also add vanilla and whipped cream.
Pour mixture over graham cracker crust.
Chill until ready to serve.
