1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 Tbsp. polyunsaturated margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. skim milk
dash of pepper
dash of paprika
6 oz. cooked crab*
1/4 c. green onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. pimento, coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp. slivered almonds (dry roasted and unsalted)
