Lemon Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken (6 to 8 breasts)
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. crushed basil
2 tsp. crushed thyme
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 lemon, sliced
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a jar, except chicken.
Shake well to blend.
Pour over chicken.
Cover tightly and marinate in refrigerator 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
(I have done it for 4 hours; it is okay.)
Cook on grill 20 to 25 minutes, brushing often with marinade.
Turn and cook 20 minutes.
