Harvey Wallbanger Cake - cooking recipe

1 pkg. (2 layer) orange cake mix
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. Galliano wine
1/2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. vodka
Preparation

In a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix.
Add eggs, oil, orange juice, Galliano and vodka.
Beat on low speed for 1/2 minute, then on medium speed for 5 minutes, scraping bowl frequently.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan (Bundt).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Or, pour into two 9-inch greased and floured pans and bake only 30 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes; remove to rack; pour glaze on cake while it's still warm.
