Three Week Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head lettuce
    2 medium onions
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Shred lettuce coarsely.
    Slice onions; add 1 cup sugar and pour over cabbage.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour all of this over cabbage.
    Keep all of this in a Tupperware container.
