Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. instant rice

Preparation

Prepare 4 double-strength foil packets.
Oil the foil.
Place chicken on foil.
Mix undiluted soup with instant rice.
Put on top of chicken.
Seal and cook about 40 minutes, turning once or twice.
