Oatmeal-Banana Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    3 medium bananas, mashed
    3/4 c. honey
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. quick cooking oats
    1 c. chocolate chips or raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter together.
    Beat in eggs, bananas and honey.
    Stir in dry ingredients until blended.
    Stir in oats and chocolate chips or raisins (optional).
    Fill muffin pans lined with paper cups 2/3 full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes. Makes approximately 24 cupcakes.
