Pierogi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients to consistency of pie dough.
    Divide into 8 pieces; roll out each shell.
    Fill 1/2 of each shell with filling.
    Fold the other half over the filling, wet edge with water and seal closed.
