Devastating Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 oz. chocolate (unsweetened)
    1/2 c. butter
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
    In top of double boiler, over boiling water, heat butter and chocolate, stirring until melted and well blended.
    Allow to cool slightly.
    Blend syrup, sugar, salt and vanilla into beaten eggs. Add chocolate; blend well.
