Easy Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken cutlets
1 (48 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (any brand)
8 slices Swiss cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 to 3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 lb. pasta (any type)
Preparation

Pound chicken until about 1/4-inch thick.
Dip in eggs and then bread crumbs.
Lightly coat frying pan with Pam oil spray or cooking oil.
Place chicken in pan and slightly brown on both sides.
Spray a shallow baking pan with Pam or cooking oil.
Spoon a thin layer of sauce on bottom of pan.
Place chicken in pan. Spoon sauce on chicken.
Place 2 slices cheese on top.
Spoon more sauce on chicken.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
Cook pasta; heat remaining sauce.
Serve as a side dish with a salad. Serves 4.
