Cream Cheese Cookie Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pouch Big Batch sugar cookie mix or Duncan Hines sugar cookie mix
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix cookie mix and butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts.
Set 1 cup aside for later use.
Press remaining mixture into an ungreased 8-inch square pan.
Bake crust until lightly browned, 12 to 15 minutes.
