Holiday Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. cherry or strawberry Jell-O (regular or sugar-free)
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. water
    1 can cranberry sauce (1 3/4 c.)
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained (very important)
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. orange rind
Preparation
    Mix orange juice and water and bring to a boil.
    Add cranberry sauce and mix until smooth in a blender or with a mixer.
    Place in glass bowl and put in refrigerator until starting to set.
    When Jell-O starts to set, put in remaining ingredients and refrigerate until serving.
