Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
juice and rind of 1 large lemon
1 c. milk
2 eggs, separated
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add lemon juice and rind and egg yolks and beat well.
Add flour and milk; lastly, fold in the egg whites, beaten stiff.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until set as custard.
It will require about 45 minutes.
Bottom part is custard, top like cake.
