Cheese And Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    2 (7 x 4-inch) slices Swiss cheese
    1 pkg. cooked, chopped spinach
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 can boned chicken or leftover chicken or turkey
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place Swiss cheese on bottom of pie crust, then spinach, mushrooms and chicken.
    Mix next 4 ingredients.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
